Welcome to Huize Dolve in Mürlenbach. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and carefree as possible, we adhere to the following clear agreements and house rules.

Contact Us1.1. A reservation becomes final once confirmed through our online booking system (Lighthouse / Booking Engine) or confirmed in writing by Huize Dolve.
1.2. For direct bookings, we require a down payment of 50% of the total rental sum within 7 days of the invoice date. The remaining balance must be received no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
1.3. For last-minute bookings (less than 14 days before arrival), the full amount is payable immediately upon reservation.
2.1. Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00) to 8:00 PM (20:00). Arriving later? Please let us know in advance so we can arrange a seamless key handover.
2.2. Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This allows us sufficient time to thoroughly clean and prepare the apartments for incoming guests.
2.3. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment broom-clean, sort waste into the designated recycling bins, and empty the dishwasher.
3.1. Cancellations must always be submitted in writing or by email (info@familiehuisdolve.com).
3.2. We always recommend our guests to take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
4.1. Night Rest & Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM (22:00) and 8:00 AM (08:00), quiet hours apply to safeguard the rest and relaxation of fellow guests and local residents in Mürlenbach.
4.2. Hosting loud parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or events is strictly prohibited in and around the apartments.
4.3. Motorcyclists and cyclists are welcome to use our secure, locked storage and cleaning facilities. Please enter and exit the property calmly and respectfully.
5.1. Non-Smoking: A strict smoking ban applies throughout all indoor spaces of Huize Dolve. Smoking is only permitted outside on terraces or balconies, provided ashtrays are used.
5.2. Pets (Dogs): Dogs are warmly welcome by prior arrangement at a surcharge of €10 per day. Pets must be house-trained and are strictly not allowed on beds or sofas.
6.4. Electricity: Calculated upon check-out based on actual meter consumption.
7.1. The primary guest is jointly and severally liable for any damage caused to the accommodation, inventory, or grounds by themselves or fellow travel companions.
7.2. Huize Dolve is not liable for theft, loss, or personal injury sustained by guests during their stay on the premises or in the accommodation.
7.3. Any defects or damages must be reported immediately to Ruud & Linda so that timely repairs can be made.
