Yes, this is very popular with families, couples traveling together, and motorcycle groups. When booking both the Top and Middle Apartments together, you have 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens/lounges, the private south balcony, and the spacious sun terrace with BBQ. The base rate for both apartments combined is €170 per night (based on 4 guests; extra guests +€20 p.p. per night).

How does the billing for electricity and heating oil work?

To keep our base prices transparent and fair year-round, we charge a fixed heating oil surcharge of €10 per night for central heating and hot water. Actual electricity consumption is read together on the apartment’s dedicated meter upon arrival and departure, and billed transparently at checkout.

What are the check-in and check-out times, and how can I pay?

Check-in is available from 15:00 hrs; check-out on the day of departure is by 10:30 hrs (flexible times are often possible upon prior request). You can book directly online via our secure booking engine or contact Linda & Ruud directly.

Do I need to bring my own bed linen, towels, or kitchen cloths?

No, everything is provided for you! All beds are freshly made before arrival, and each guest receives a complete towel package (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth), as well as kitchen linen, tea, coffee, and a welcome drink.
